Being a former prosecutor, I learned how to represent clients in sensitive legal matters for a range of legal issues across California including in both criminal and some civil kinds of cases and matters, civil harassment restraining orders, domestic violence restraining orders, and professional Licensing matters that involve administrative regulatory agencies from the state of California. My insight and experience from having worked as a prosecutor and now representing private clients in a range of criminal and in some civil matters enables me to apply my diverse set of litigation skills for the benefit of my clients.

I have been admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and to practice before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, I am authorized to practice in three federal district courts in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. My legal career spans over a decade, with more than 10 years of experience in criminal defense and three years of experience in prosecution.
My legal peers have acknowledged my dedication to my clients and the field of criminal law in nominating me for inclusion in California Super Lawyers, and I was selected for inclusion in the 2024 list. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in each state.
