Attorney Marc Pelta is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts in California.
In addition, he is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the Federal Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.
Furthermore, attorney Marc Pelta represents clients in criminal, juvenile delinquency, Domestic Violence and Civil Harassment restraining order cases in courts throughout the State of California such as the San Francisco Bay Area, the Los Angeles Southland region and the San Diego area, in addition to many other counties throughout the State.
